  • Create a system to understand and document workflow, datasets and sources
  • Implement Quality Control checks across YouGov scripting, coding, translations, data processing, and final YouGov Crunch deliverables to the client
  • Monitor deliverables to ensure that tasks are implemented within required parameters of the client service level agreement and that the Operations teams are receiving required resources

These are the essentials you’ll need to get an interview:

  • Bachelor’s degree in related field, or equivalent relevant work experience required
  • Demonstrated ability to build, maintain, and enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, analyze market trends, identify business opportunities and risks, and adjust support strategies accordingly
  • Ability to identify and correct problems as it relates to data and inefficiencies in workflow
  • Strong presentation, written and verbal communication skills, creating high quality deliverables
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite in particular Excel

It would be great if you had these to, but we’ll support you if you don’t:
