You will work with our Research and New business teams to set up client research, create questionnaires, manage data collection, set up dashboards and aid with the production of reports, presentations, and data analysis, and manage a range of requests.
You will learn to deliver key insights to our clients by understanding and implementing the principles and practical use of data analysis, ensuring accurate use of data.
You will be involved in day-to-day operations and will interface successfully with data processing, Operations, and Sales colleagues internationally to get things done to the highest standards.
An overview of responsibilities:
- Research project management e.g. questionnaire design, scripting, online data collection etc.
- Data analysis and data analytics
- Preparing research reports
- Content creation and outreach to help drive new business
You will get research and analytics experience, working with your team members to deliver deep, connected research solutions and market-leading research. It is a busy, fun, hard-working team where the right candidate will see their leadership and research repertoire grow and develop. You will be exposed to formal training both improve on your existing skills and learn new ones which might be help you perform better in your role.
Job Requirements:
- Diploma or degree in a related discipline (e.g., Marketing, Management, Statistics, Psychology, Consumer Behaviour, etc.)
- Excellent problem solving, analytical and numerical skills
- Proficiency level in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel skills
- Familiar with AI tools e.g. ChatGPT, MS Co-pilot etc.
- Outstanding attention to detail & good organisational and communication skills
- A proactive mindset and a strong willingness to learn new tools and methods
- Strong interpersonal skills – a good communicator, a strong team player and collaborator, and a self-starter
- Well organized and the ability to prioritize and multi-task
