We’re looking for a Senior Panel Executive to join our team and lead the charge in delivering expert sampling solutions. If you have a passion for innovation, thrive under pressure, and enjoy making a measurable impact, this is the opportunity for you!
Here’s a breakdown of what you’ll do (not all of it, just the important stuff):
- Leading complex feasibility assessments by delivering precise and timely sampling solutions.
- Acting as the primary point of contact for internal clients on strategic sampling projects, proactively monitoring progress and addressing challenges.
- Training and mentoring new team members, fostering their professional development.
- Supporting senior leadership in implementing global strategies and initiatives.
- Troubleshooting and resolving issues for team members and stakeholders while ensuring compliance with team policies and procedures.
- Providing best-practice guidance and acting as an escalation point for more junior team members.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful projects that drive business value.
These are the essentials you’ll need to get an interview:
- A minimum of 4 years of relevant professional experience in sampling or data collection.
- Expertise in multiple in-field sampling methodologies and proven success in implementation.
- Strong knowledge of sampling and data collection platforms.
- A history of delivering impactful projects and fostering strong internal stakeholder relationships.
- Experience in teamwork, including leadership or mentorship roles.
- Outstanding written, verbal, and digital communication skills, with the ability to simplify technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
It would be great if you had these too, but we’ll support you if you don’t:
- An innovative mindset and openness to embracing new technologies.
- A collaborative and positive team spirit.
- A results-oriented approach with a track record of meeting deadlines and delivering value.
- Composure under pressure, demonstrating resilience and tenacity in navigating challenges.
- A passion for the industry and enthusiasm for contributing to meaningful work.
