En tant que junior au sein de l'équipe Data Products, vous assisterez votre (super) manager dans la gestion de ses comptes et de ses clients. Les clients couvrent une variété de secteurs : banque, énergie, voyage, commerce de détail, etc. **.
**Vos tâches principales (mais non limitées à):
1. Analyse des données
Contribuer à l'élaboration de rapports pour nos clients afin de les aider à mieux gérer leur(s) marque(s). Vous serez le moteur des propositions d'insights à délivrer aux clients pour les aider à mieux gérer l'activité de leur(s) marque(s).
2. Compréhension des stratégies marketing et communication des clients
Notamment via l’accompagnement dans leur utilisation de YouGov Profiles & BrandIndex et à travers la restitution de rapports ad-hoc (mensuels, trimestriels, etc.). Savoir utiliser nos plateformes pour comprendre où trouver la donnée qui servira et enrichira toute analyse.
3. Développer les comptes clients et s’assurer de la reconduction des contrats
Etre force de proposition pour fidéliser et développer l’activité de vos clients en collaboration avec les account managers
4.Marketing et Communication
Participation à la rédaction d’articles à partir des données Plan&Track. Participer au développement du marketing
Expérience souhaitée
. Ecole de commerce - ou équivalent (Bac +5)
. Etre à l’aise et aimer les chiffres
. Excellente communication orale et écrite
. Très bonne compréhension des problématiques marketing liées aux marques
. Très bon esprit de synthèse
. Forte sensibilité marketing
. Avoir le sens de la relation client
. Français langue maternelle ou courant (Anglais est un +)
