In this role, you drive strategic enhancements to the Workday platform, focusing on optimizing functionality and implementing innovative solutions to meet evolving business needs. Collaborate across teams to ensure platform effectiveness and user satisfaction.
- Workday Configuration & Optimization: Drive optimal platform utilization by aligning Workday with HR policies and streamlining processes.
- Data Governance: Ensure data integrity and enable accurate reporting through robust data management.
- Integration Architecture: Design and manage seamless integrations between Workday and other HR systems.
- Security & Compliance: Maintain strong security controls and ensure compliance with data privacy standards.
- Reporting & Analytics: Develop custom reports and dashboards for data-driven decision-making.
- Project Leadership: Lead Workday projects, ensuring successful delivery and adherence to timelines.
- System Performance: Maintain optimal Workday performance through proactive monitoring and improvement.
These are the essentials you will need to get an interview:
- Workday Expertise (3+ Years): Deep knowledge of HCM modules (Absence, Time Tracking, Recruitment, Talent, Learning, Security, Comp, Reporting, Benefits) & business processes.
- Global Experience (2+ Years): Supporting Workday across Europe, Americas, and India.
- Technical Proficiency: Advanced Workday configuration, integration, and data management skills.
- Strategic Configuration: Align Workday to HR policies, optimize processes.
- Data Management: Ensure data integrity and quality.
- Integration & Architecture: Design and manage system integrations.
- Security & Compliance: Maintain robust security controls.
- Reporting & Analytics: Develop custom reports and dashboards.
- Project Leadership: Lead Workday upgrades and implementations.
