YouGov is seeking an enthusiastic and dynamic Workday Support Analyst to join our HR team and contribute to our digital transformation initiatives. As a key team member, you will play a crucial role in the implementation and ongoing maintenance of our Workday HR system.
With a Go Live date set for mid-2025, you will join the project at a pivotal stage. Be prepared to engage in a fast-paced environment where you'll participate in testing, training, data analysis, and building strong relationships with stakeholders. Your proactivity, clear communication, and adaptability will be essential for the success of the go-live process.
In this position, you will be the primary point of contact for HR Operations and employees seeking assistance with Workday-related issues. You will provide timely and effective support to both employees and HR teams, helping to ensure a positive user experience and enhance overall organizational efficiency.
Here’s a breakdown of what you’ll do (not all of it, just the important stuff):
- Incident Resolution: Addressing employee inquiries and resolving issues related to Workday.
- Knowledge Base Management: Contributing to and maintaining the Workday knowledge base.
- User Training: Delivering basic training and guidance on Workday functionalities to users.
- Escalation Management: Escalating complex issues to Workday Support Specialist as needed.
- Data Entry: Inputting data into Workday as required.
- Process Documentation: Documenting processes and procedures related to Workday.
- System Testing: Participating in testing new features or updates within Workday.
