As a Research Analyst, you’ll play a central role in interpreting data and crafting impactful recommendations for our clients. From developing questionnaires to delivering insights, you’ll be part of a dynamic team driven by shared values—speed, innovation, ethics, and trust.

Here’s a breakdown of what you’ll do (not all of it, just the important stuff):
- Collaborate with team members and clients to understand key business goals and objectives
- Oversee and manage research projects from design to final delivery
- Develop and refine questionnaires to capture essential data for analysis
- Analyze data tables and create meaningful insights through well-structured analysis plans
- Prepare compelling PowerPoint reports with key findings and actionable recommendations
- Support and guide clients in leveraging data to address critical business questions
These are the essentials you’ll need to get an interview:
- 1–2 years of experience in client-facing market research, with a focus on building positive client relationships
- Ability to uncover and align insights from data with clients’ goals and research needs
- Strong problem-solving skills, using deductive reasoning and practical understanding
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel
- Detail-oriented, organized, and reliable, with the ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects
- Capacity to work both independently and collaboratively within a team
It would be great if you had these to, but we’ll support you if you don’t:
- Interest in and knowledge of the Canadian sports landscape
- Familiarity with qualitative research methodologies
- Experience with SPSS or R
- Familiarity with Rosetta Studio
- Ability to quickly learn and master new software
