As a Research Manager at YouGov, you will work directly with some of the world’s largest tech and social media companies, delivering actionable insights and recommendations that inform critical decisions. - Serve as a trusted partner to clients, recommending appropriate research methodologies and delivering insights that address key business questions.
- Manage complex tracking studies across multiple markets, ensuring smooth operations and adherence to project timelines.
- Oversee all aspects of fieldwork, including coordinating with external suppliers, monitoring progress, troubleshooting issues, and managing incentives.
- Analyze data and craft insightful, actionable reports that meet high standards of accuracy and clarity.
- Lead client presentations, ensuring findings are effectively communicated and actionable recommendations are provided.
- Collaborate with cross-functional internal teams to streamline research processes, maximize efficiency, and resolve challenges.
- Proactively manage client requests, ensuring their expectations are met or exceeded at every stage of the project.

For roles based in California, New York, Colorado or Washington State, the base salary hiring range for this position is $90,000 to $95,000
Compensation offered will be determined by multiple factors including location, job-related knowledge, skills and experience. Certain roles may be eligible for incentive compensation and additional benefits.
