This dynamic hybrid role blends client management and research expertise to deliver data-driven insights and exceptional service. As part of our team, you'll design and manage innovative research projects while building meaningful relationships with clients. You will also serve as a subject matter expert in market research, leveraging data to drive impactful decision-making.
Here’s a breakdown of what you’ll do (not all of it, just the important stuff):
Client Management & Relationship Building
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met with tailored solutions.
- Serve as the primary point of contact, providing expert guidance on tools, methodology, and insights.
- Conduct client reviews to ensure tools and solutions remain relevant to their objectives.
- Identify and communicate new use cases for tools, driving value and retention.
Research Design & Execution
- Design and test questionnaires, sample frames, and survey links with an emphasis on accuracy and clarity.
- Manage projects end-to-end, including translations, online/offline data collection, fieldwork monitoring, and reporting.
- Work with both custom and syndicated data sources to create comprehensive, cost-effective insights solutions.
- Analyse data, ensuring accuracy and delivering actionable insights via PowerPoint presentations and reports.
- Collaborate across departments to troubleshoot and innovate research processes.
Commercial Growth & Innovation
- Spot growth opportunities within accounts and work proactively with AM team to facilitate account growth
- Write and present compelling proposals with a focus on strategic outcomes and accurate costing.

- Extensive experience within Quantitative market research and client management
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and data visualisation tools.
- Statistical analysis and data weighting knowledge.
- Commercial acumen, with experience in managing budgets and achieving growth targets.
- Fluency in English and Arabic is required.
