We are looking for a talented Senior Research Executive to join us at our Copenhagen office on a 12 month Fixed Term Contract. With a possibility for a permanent role after. You’ll be working closely with YouGov’s Key accounts on custom quantitative research projects, delivering Insightful research solutions.
Here’s a breakdown of what you’ll do (not all of it, just the important stuff):
- Understand business matters from the client´s side, what they need and show the ability to transform it into market research questions
- Identify, process and provide research solutions and be able to deliver key insights and recommendations with a clearly link to the results
- Design quantitative questionnaires which showcase understanding of the client’s thinking
- Be true to data – you deliver objective results and conclusions based on data and facts, you communicate complexity in a simple manner and continuously service clients as a decision-making partner
- Work with your existing market research toolbox jointly with our customized YouGov tools
- Enjoy a wide range of analytical methods from conjoint analysis, pricing methods, brand maps/correspondence analysis, etc.
- Deliver visual reports to clients that convey key messages, conclusions and recommendations in a straightforward way while you present to the group of clients from their insight’s teams to the C-suite level
- Engage in both small and large-scale national and international projects, from single set-ups to large multi-country trackings
- Be supporting commercial teams with research expertise and be an inspiration for your colleagues in our internal knowledge-sharing meetings
These are the essentials you’ll need to get an interview:
- 4+ years work experience in the market research industry or similar industry focusing on quantitative market research
- Expertise working with Microsoft office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and have a good understanding of other supportive analysis tools (you will be trained in YouGov’s own tools as well)
- Excellent Danish and business English written/verbal communication skills
- Experience in finding key recommendations and conclusions through data and the ability to present your insights in a clear and effective way
- Excellent presentation skills to all levels of an organization
- Empathy and consider yourself as a team player with an open-minded personality
- Capability to see business needs both from above and from the detail
- Strong time management skills with the attention to details
- The ability to adapt new technologies and tools
