Contract Type: Permanent

Here’s a summary of the role:

As a Talent Acquisition Partner at YouGov, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our growing team by identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent within the market research industry in APAC. Collaborating closely with hiring managers, you will implement effective recruitment strategies to bring in individuals who share our passion for data-driven insights and innovation.

Here’s a breakdown of what you’ll do (not all of it, just the important stuff):

  • Full-cycle Recruitment: Lead the end-to-end recruitment process, from identifying talent needs to onboarding successful candidates.
  • Strategic Sourcing: Proactively source and engage with qualified candidates through diverse channels, including industry events, social media, and professional networks.
  • Relationship Building: Foster strong partnerships with hiring managers and internal stakeholders to grasp their unique recruitment requirements and priorities.

These are the essentials you’ll need to get an interview:

  • Proven 3 to 6 years' experience as a 360 Talent Acquisition Partner (ideally, within a global matrixed organization)
  • Experience using advanced sourcing techniques and leveraging diverse recruitment channels.
  • A deep understanding of recruitment tools, applicant tracking systems - we use Greenhouse.
  • Strong knowledge of local labor laws and regulations in APAC
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a global organization.

It would be great if you had these to, but we’ll support you if you don’t:

  • Additional certifications or specialized training in talent acquisition
  • Familiarity with market research methodologies and industry-specific recruitment trends.
  • Knowledge of global labor laws and regulations.
  • Demonstrated success in employer branding initiatives.
