We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Administrator to manage and optimize our Salesforce Sales Cloud platform. This role is responsible for configuring, maintaining, and enhancing the system to align with business needs. You will collaborate closely with sales, marketing, and IT teams to streamline processes, improve data integrity, and maximize the platform’s capabilities.

Key Responsibilities
- Salesforce Configuration & Customization
- Configure and customize Salesforce Sales Cloud, including custom objects, fields, workflows, validation rules, and reports.
User Support & Training - Act as the primary Salesforce support for users, troubleshooting issues and providing training to maximize adoption and efficiency.
Data Management - Ensure data integrity through regular audits, deduplication, and structured import/export processes.
Process Automation - Implement automation solutions using Flow, Process Builder, and Apex triggers to streamline business processes.
Reporting & Analytics - Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to provide insights into sales performance and key business metrics.
Integration Management - Manage and maintain integrations between Salesforce and other business systems, ensuring seamless data flow and process alignment.
Security & Compliance - Oversee Salesforce security settings and user access controls while ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
Continuous Improvement - Stay up to date with Salesforce releases and best practices, proactively identifying system enhancements and process improvements.
Salesforce Support Management - Oversee Salesforce support resources, ensuring first-class service to our user base.
What We’re Looking For
Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Business, or a related field.
5+ years as a Salesforce Administrator, with a strong focus on Sales Cloud.
Certifications: Salesforce Administrator Certification (required).
Additional certifications (e.g., Sales Cloud Consultant) are a plus!
Technical Expertise:
- Proficiency in Salesforce Lightning, Flow, Process Builder, and Apex.
Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions with a proactive and analytical mindset.
Collaboration & Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Detail-Oriented: A keen eye for accuracy and precision in system configuration and data management.
