We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Salesforce and MuleSoft SRE Lead to oversee the security, infrastructure patching, and overall reliability of our Salesforce and MuleSoft platforms. This role will play a crucial part in implementing Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) and DevOps best practices to ensure that our systems remain secure, scalable, and highly available.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Site Reliability Engineering (SRE): Implement and manage SRE practices to optimize the reliability and performance of Salesforce and MuleSoft platforms.

  • DevOps Leadership: Lead the DevOps team in automating and streamlining operations and processes, including CI/CD pipelines, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), and monitoring solutions.

  • Security Management: Oversee the security of Salesforce and MuleSoft environments, including vulnerability assessments, security patching, and compliance with industry standards.

  • Infrastructure Patching: Manage and execute regular infrastructure patching to ensure systems are up-to-date and secure.

  • Monitoring and Incident Management: Deploy and maintain monitoring solutions to detect and respond to incidents promptly, ensuring minimal downtime and impact on business operations.

  • Collaboration: Partner with development, operations, and security teams to align on best practices and ensure seamless integration and deployment processes.

  • Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of systems, processes, and procedures to facilitate knowledge sharing and continuity.

  • Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with industry trends and best practices, proactively identifying opportunities for system enhancements and process improvements.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

  • Experience: Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in SRE, DevOps, or a related role, with a strong focus on Salesforce and MuleSoft platforms.

  • Certifications: Relevant certifications such as Salesforce Administrator, MuleSoft Certified Developer, or AWS Certified DevOps Engineer are a plus.

  • Technical Skills:

    • Proficiency in Salesforce and MuleSoft administration, security, and infrastructure management.

    • Experience with CI/CD tools, Infrastructure as Code (IaC) technologies (e.g., Terraform, CloudFormation).

    • Familiarity with monitoring tools (e.g., Splunk, New Relic, Datadog) and automation frameworks.

  • Security Expertise: Strong understanding of security best practices, vulnerability management, and compliance requirements.

  • Analytical Skills: Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills to troubleshoot complex system issues.

  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

  • Leadership Skills: Proven leadership experience with the ability to mentor and guide team members.
