We deliver data of fast-moving consumer goods consumption in family by collecting daily purchases in our panel composed by around 15.000 panel lists. These data are processed by our software procedures and delivered to our clients.
We are searching for a Panel Manager profile to introduce into our Operation Team in a position with great professional growth opportunity.
The Panel Manager plays a key role within our Operations team in:
- Manage all the activities in place to administer the Sample used in our continuous and ad hoc surveys/tracking’s.
- Govern the infrastructure and the whole set of processes/procedure used to manage panellists’ information and Data collection.
- Manage all the new projects related to the panel.
- Lead the Panel Management Team.
The Panel Manager is reporting to our Operations Director, also based in Milan.
The Panel Manager ensures excellent quality standards in line with our YouGov Standardized Global Guidelines.
You will be responsible for:
- Defining the Panel design according to standard definition and adapt the Recruitment plan to our needs.
- Instructing the Panel Care/Hot line department about panellists’ management.
- Maintaining the communications, administrative documents and legal documents in our recruitment portal, data collection Apps and mailing system.
- Defining/Reviewing the Panel Incentives system and our offer (catalogue containing the gift to prize our panellists for the collaboration).
- Maintaining the monitoring system, used to check the level of collaboration of our Sample (KPIs).
- Identifying areas of improvement in Panel Management, proposing appropriate solutions in line with YouGov guidelines.
- Liaising with the international Panel Managers team to share and discuss development proposals, in compliance with methodology guidelines
Requirements:
- Degree in Social Sciences, Sociology, Statistics or similar.
- Fluent Italian & English (written & spoken).
- Strong skills in Project management and Team Management.
- Orientation to Problem solving, internal and external customer satisfaction.
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office suite.
