Step into the world of internal communications, where you'll craft engaging content, help to shape company culture, and connect people through powerful storytelling. Here’s a breakdown of what you’ll do (not all of it, just the important stuff):
- Work with the Senior Internal Communications (IC) Executive to deliver effective internal communications and engagement plans across the company
- Write, edit and proofread content for a range of channels, and work to content schedules
- Research and gather engaging content from across the company to promote cross-team collaboration and to deliver people-focused stories
- Help maintain the company-wide intranet, including news and video articles – sourcing story content from across the company and working with internal stakeholders to ensure that all page content remains clear, audience-focused and easy to navigate
- Assist with the collation of content, preparation and distribution of the monthly global newsletter and line manager update
- Monitor the Internal Comms inbox and intranet feedback forms and respond to queries in a timely, professional and friendly manner
- Assist in the planning and delivery of wider employee-facing events, mainly virtual events
- Provide administrative support to the Senior IC Exec and help maintain the global internal comms calendar

- Experience of writing for a variety of audiences, with a considered approach to different target audiences and cultural differences
- Strong researching and storytelling abilities
- Ability to navigate ambiguity and deliver clear guidance, particularly during periods of change
- Ability to convey complex messages in easy-to-understand, action-oriented and engaging language
