Here’s a summary of the role:

As a Graduate Client Services Analyst, you’ll gain hands-on experience in market research, data analysis, and client engagement. You’ll develop key analytical and storytelling skills while working with industry-leading tools to uncover insights that shape business strategies. Here’s a breakdown of what you’ll do (not all of it, just the important stuff):

  • Learn to analyse and interpret data to provide valuable insights for clients across different industries.
  • Develop engaging presentations and reports that clearly communicate key findings.
  • Support client queries, helping them get the most out of their data and research tools.
  • Work with teams to deliver brand tracking, customer profiling, and campaign analysis.
  • Improve reporting standards and data visualisations to enhance client decision-making.
  • Gain exposure to survey design and research methodologies.

These are the essentials you’ll need to get an interview:

  • A strong interest in market research, data analysis, and storytelling.
  • A degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Marketing, Economics, Psychology, or similar).
  • Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
  • Good communication skills—you’ll be working with both data and people!
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
  • It would be great if you had these too, but we’ll support you if you don’t:
  • Some experience with data visualisation tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) or survey platforms.
  • Basic understanding of statistics or data analytics.
  • Any prior experience in client-facing roles, research projects, or internships.
