We’re looking for a Graduate Product Manager to join the Customer Platform team, contributing to the development of innovative tools and experiences that empower YouGov’s customers worldwide.
This is a hands-on role where you'll gain exposure to different aspects of data products, analytics tools, and customer engagement solutions. You’ll work closely with experienced product managers, engineers and designers — helping to shape the future of our B2B platforms while developing core product management skills.
If you're curious about how data-driven products are built and want to learn from a team that’s constantly evolving, this is the perfect opportunity to launch your career in product management.
The Team
We’re a dynamic, customer-centric team that thrives on data-driven decision-making, experimentation, and collaboration. We move fast, embrace challenges, and are always looking for ways to improve. We value curiosity, problem-solving, and the ability to adapt in an ever-changing landscape.
Here’s a breakdown of what you’ll do (not all of it, just the important stuff):
As a Graduate Product Manager, you’ll experience key areas within the Customer Platform and gain hands-on experience in:
- Understanding Users & Market Needs – Supporting research into customer pain points, industry trends, and user behaviours using both qualitative and quantitative insights. You’ll observe client interviews, review analytics, and help transform findings into actionable recommendations.
- Prioritisation & Roadmap Planning – Assisting in defining priorities and structuring the roadmap. You’ll contribute to discussions on feature development, trade-offs, and business impact.
- Product Development & Execution – Collaborating with engineering and design teams to shape product requirements, write user stories, and ensure successful delivery of new features.
- User Testing & Iteration – Helping to analyse user feedback, run experiments, and iterate on features based on data-driven insights.
- Product Launches & Adoption – Supporting go-to-market strategies, internal enablement, and early-stage performance tracking of new releases.
- Measuring & Optimising Success – Helping monitor key product metrics, identifying areas for improvement, and assisting in the continuous refinement of our platform.
These are the essentials you’ll need to get an interview:
- A natural problem solver – You enjoy tackling complex challenges and thinking critically about solutions.
- Detail-oriented – You notice small but important details, whether in data, user flows, or technical documentation.
- Interest in B2B & data-driven products – You’re curious about how analytics platforms work and how businesses use data to make decisions.
- Great communication skills – You can clearly express ideas, ask insightful questions, and collaborate effectively across teams.
- Analytical mindset – You enjoy working with data, drawing insights from trends, and learning about tools like SQL or product analytics (no prior experience required, but enthusiasm for learning is key!).
- A collaborative team player – You thrive in cross-functional environments and enjoy learning from others.
What You’ll Gain
- Experience across different areas of the Customer Platform, giving you exposure to various product functions.
- The opportunity to contribute to real-world projects that impact YouGov’s customers and drive business growth.
- Hands-on mentorship from experienced product managers, engineers, and designers.
- Experience working with Agile & Lean methodologies in a fast-moving, global product team.
