We are looking for an experienced hands-on Engineering Manager to lead our Infrastructure and Services team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing high-performing teams while being deeply involved in the technical aspects of highly scalable systems. 

Expertise in Node.js and TypeScript is essential, with a strong preference for additional experience in Go and AdTech.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of software engineers, fostering a high-performance environment.
  • Drive the design, development and delivery of high-scale software solutions, ensuring alignment with business goals.
  • Actively participate in coding, code reviews, and architecture discussions to maintain technical excellence.
  • Mentor and develop engineering talent, providing guidance and career development opportunities.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define product requirements and deliverables, and work with your team to turn those into solutions.
  • Ensure the team follows best practices for software development, testing, and deployment.
  • Identify and resolve technical and organisational challenges, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.
  • Thrive in a fast-paced environment, effectively managing multiple priorities and deadlines.



  • 8+ years of professional software development experience, with at least 2 years in a management or leadership role.
  • Demonstrable expertise in Node.js and TypeScript.
  • Extensive experience delivering high-scale, high-performance solutions.
  • Strong leadership and team-building skills.
