Your Mission 💪
As a Junior Financial Analyst, you’ll play a key role in shaping our financial future! You’ll dive into calculating commissions and bonuses, collaborate with budget partners to craft insightful recommendations, and work closely with our Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) team to create dynamic financial plans. From analysing trends to refining our ERP system, you’ll be at the forefront of driving financial performance and growth. Plus, you’ll have the chance to build strong relationships across the business and contribute to exciting strategic projects. What you’ll be doing 🎯
- Maintain, calculate and support on all the commission and bonus calculations
- Engaging with budget holding partners to collect requests and build budget recommendations for review in our quarterly forecasting processes
- Work with the Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) team in producing a comprehensive financial plan for the business annual budget, rolling forecasts
- Provide financial reporting and analytical support to the Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) team
- Work with the business to develop and track performance against the financial plan / forecast (financial modelling, setting up processes, creating timetables)
- Be involved in performing financial analysis, modelling, forecasting, and reporting to identify trends, benchmarking, and to increase financial performance
- Track and determine financial status by analysing actual results in comparison with forecasts
- Assist in developing ERP system to aid true reporting
- Maintaining adaptive schedules with regards to services reporting / contracts and headcount
- Processing project works raw data
- Assist in ad-hoc strategic projects
What experience we think you’ll need 🚀
- Excellent MS Excel skills
- Be a self-starter
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal
- Have great analytical skills, commercially savvy and solution focused to solving problems
- Ability to build relationships at across different levels of leadership and have good stakeholder awareness
- Experience using ERP and Business Intelligence (BI) tools advantageous
