We are looking for the perfect candidate who is an expert at spotting the right commercial opportunities and building relationships while managing consultants and stakeholders. You will have the opportunity to work on diverse and exciting projects, gaining valuable experience in the rapidly growing Mendix ecosystem. You can make an impact here, with your experience as Project Manager who has earned your stripes in previous projects, you will be sharing lessons learned with our Project Managers. What makes this role unique
You are involved in a project from the start, and together with our consultants you will create software features for our clients and get the best out of Agile development. Our projects can last from several days up to three years, depending on the client, size and scope, so you really get a chance to immerse yourself in it and work closely with a team of experts in their respective fields. Our multidisciplinary teams of consultants can vary from being a one-man show to a team of ten for a single client, so there is always an opportunity to shine as well as to learn from others.

Your role will include
Besides people planning across multidisciplinary teams for our clients and partners, you will manage the scope of multiple projects, including budget, time and the quality of each. This means you will set up project governance while managing expectations with various stakeholders on all levels internally and externally. You will also create a safe place to work for all consultants in your projects, making sure you identify and escalate risk in a timely manner, solving problems and taking appropriate actions when problems arise within the team, or among clients and/or suppliers.
What you bring to the table
- Experience with project management within an engineering environment.

Experience with project management methodologies like Prince2 & PMP.

Certified Scrum Master (PSM).
-
You are employee, quality, and customer satisfaction oriented.

You are stress tolerant.
- Being fluent in English and Norwegian (Dutch and German is a big plus).
