As a Senior Project Manager at CLEVR, your role will be all about navigating projects for various clients. Working closely with our consultants, you'll be crafting software features using an Agile approach. Whether it's a short project or a multi-year endeavor in Mendix or PLM, you'll be managing consultants and collaborating with stakeholders. Our project teams vary in size, from solo acts to deploying a group of ten, ensuring diversity in every project.

Key roles and Responsibilites
Besides people planning across multidisciplinary teams for our clients and partners, you will manage the scope of multiple projects, including budget, time and the quality of each. This means you will set up project governance while managing expectations with various stakeholders on all levels internally and externally. You will also create a safe place to work for all consultants in your projects, making sure you identify and escalate risk in a timely manner, solving problems and taking appropriate actions when problems arise within the team, or among clients and/or suppliers.

Your role will include

What you bring to the table
- Educational Background: Bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering.
- Experience: Minimum 5+ years of project management experience.
- Expertise: Solid knowledge in engineering project management.
- Communication Skills: Strong project management skills, including effective customer communication.
- Language Skills: Fluent in Norwegian and English, both verbally and in writing
