We're on the lookout for a passionate Solution Consultant who will play an important role in bridging the gap between our cutting-edge solutions and our customers' unique needs. You will be responsible for demonstrating how CLEVR’s technologies align with the customer’s business goals, processes, and working methods. With your commercial awareness and business acumen, you will support the qualification of customer commitment through the commercial value of solution consulting and do proofs-of-concept that align our solutions with their requirements and intentions. What makes this role unique:

Join us in Sandvika as our Solution Consultant. As a trusted advisor, you will build strong relationships with customers, offering expert guidance and positioning CLEVR’s product and service offerings as an essential component of their success. You will be THE trusted advisor to our customers by demonstrating our solutions and technologies and connecting these to their needs.  

By working closely with them, you will gather insights, identify pain points, and effectively tailor solutions that align with their strategic goals. You will develop a thorough understanding of the customer’s solution or technology strategy and plan for implementing solutions. 

Your role will include:

  • Providing technical expertise and support
  • Being the bridge between the sales team and the customers. You will collaborate closely with the sales team, supporting them in customer qualifications, processes, and solution mapping.
  • Supporting sales in RFx work with solution input, mapping requirements to our solutions and technologies, and defining investment estimates. You will also provide a starting point for our service teams to take over and implement that solution. 
  • Demonstrate our solutions and technologies to customers, connecting our solutions to the customer’s needs. 
  • Do proof-of-concepts for specific customers that align our solutions with the customer requirements and intentions. 
  • Develop a thorough understanding of the customer’s solution or technology strategy and plan for implementing solutions. 
  • Act as an internal champion for our solutions and technology and what they bring to customers. 

What you bring to the table 

  • Experience with PLM-systems, Teamcenter or other relevant technologies
  • 5+ years of proven experience in solution consulting
  • A plus if you have experience with Siemens Teamcenter
  • The ability to build rapport with key customers
  • The ability to handle multiple customer engagements
  • Good communicative skills, both written and verbal, in English and Norwegian.
