What makes this role unique

Join us at CLEVR as our new business Sales Executive. You will build a solid pipeline with new business logos in our targeted markets across the Benelux. You identify prospects, generate leads and new business opportunities, and close deals. In this role, you’ll lead critical negotiations and directly impact CLEVR’s business growth. You will collaborate with Mendix and Siemens to identify and secure new business opportunities. Building and managing relationships with clients comes naturally to you, and you will not do this alone but with the full support of our business consulting, marketing, pre-sales, and service delivery teams. This is a fantastic opportunity for a high-energy sales executive who is passionate about generating new logos.

 


 

Your role will include

  • Driving the entire sales process, from lead generation and initial outreach to negotiating contracts and closing deals.
  • Identifying potential low-code prospects through various methods.
  • Developing and running a sales strategy with a target prospect list.
  • Preparing detailed and compelling proposals, quotes, and presentations to prospective clients and effectively communicate the value of our solutions.
  • Building a sales pipeline using CLEVR’s CRM and lead automation tools.
  • Working with your local marketing business partner and the team to initiate campaigns and other means for creating leads.
  • Forecasting sales performance and initiating sales actions.
  • Exceeding quarterly and annual sales targets.
  • Attending networking events and seminars.

 


 

What you bring to the table 

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering, IT, sales, marketing, business administration, or similar.
  • A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in new business sales.
  • Proven track record in outperforming new business sales targets.
  • Experience with lead generation and high focus on deal closing.
  • Experience with consultative solution selling to key decision-takers up to C-level.
  • Experience with MEDDIC, Challenger Sales Model, or equivalent.
  • Experience in low-code is a big plus.
  • Structured and proficient in CRM, preferably Salesforce.
  • Outstanding presentation skills and strong influencing, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Fluent in English and Dutch, verbally and in writing.
