What makes this role unique:

Join us at CLEVR as our Project Manager. You will manage the scope of multiple projects, including budget, time and the quality of each. This means you will set up project governance while managing expectations with various stakeholders on all levels internally and externally.  You will also identify and escalate risk in a timely manner, solving problems and taking appropriate actions when problems arise within the team, or among clients and/or suppliers. Your role will include

• Work with multidisciplinary teams, planning and strategizing for our clients and partners.
• Service delivery management and/or customer success management.
• Contribute to the foundation of the new PMO at CLEVR.
• Identify and address challenges within the team, with customers, or suppliers.
• Manage time, budget, scope, and quality across multiple projects while you engage in effective communication with internal and external stakeholders.
• Oversee a portfolio of projects, acting as a program manager for a single customer using project management methodology and best practices.
• Identify commercial opportunities and contribute to crafting implementation proposals.
• Set up project governance, managing expectations with stakeholders at all levels.

What you bring to the table

• Bachelor's degree or similar educational background/training in Computer Science, Engineering, Business or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience managing projects, preferably in a consultancy and/or low-code environment.
• Proven experience managing large, complex, and high-risk software projects.
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and (DevOps) techniques, specifically in the IT context; especially agile methodologies (i.e., SCRUM or Prince2).
• Excellent planning, communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• PMP or other project management certification is preferred.
• Experience in operational and commercial management
• Professional English and Dutch skills are required, German and/or Norwegian are a plus.
