We are looking for a dynamic person to join our in-house team as a Proposals Coordinator (ENTRY LEVEL) on a permanent basis.
The Proposals Coordinator assists in coordinating with cross-functional contributors to develop proposals focused on client solutions aligned with operational strategy and budget. They support in finalizing Client grid and RFP documents.

Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Assist in establishing timelines for proposal/strategy document development and supports the process to completion.
- Edit and refine content provided by operational contributors to maintain a unified voice and approach in proposals.
- Participate in Strategy Calls to assist in scheduling, agenda development, and summarizing sessions.
- Help to analyze data to support proposal writing for client solutions.
- Collaborate with operational strategy leaders to align proposals with strategy and budget.
- Assist in assessing the need for graphical content in proposals.
- Support senior leadership in proposal contribution and review processes.
- Maintain awareness of opportunities throughout the sales cycle.
- Support the development and maintenance of a proposal content library.
- Help prepare and finalize draft RFP documents.
- Attend regular Costs & Proposals calls.
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in science, business, or marketing.
- Familiarity with proposal writing processes is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent writing and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and independently when needed.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Fluent in English and local language(s).
