ClinChoice is a growing international full-service CRO dedicated to professional development and providing an excellent work-life balance, with a quality-focused, collaborative “one-team” culture, and we are looking for a dynamic person to join our in-house team as an Inside Sales Specialist on a freelance basis for 1 FTE. This role will focus on full-service sales within the North American market. Previous experience working with a contract research organization selling full-service solutions to pharmaceutical and biotechnology companies is required. You must be self-employed. Work from home, remote.

 

We are looking for a self-driven, independent Inside Sales Specialist who has analytical skills and a solution-orientated mindset to map client needs to ClinChoice offerings.

Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities:

Lead Generation:

  • Perform research on potential clients’ product portfolio (including products under development) and decision-makers. 
  • Send focused emails and make cold calls to introduce ClinChoice’s solutions.
  • Meet monthly and quarterly targets to obtain meetings.
  • Maintain a database of contacts, meetings and next steps in ClinChoice’s sales systems.

 

Cross-departmental Collaboration:

  • Partner with the business insights team to identify opportunities, provide input for custom content, and distribution of marketing assets

 

Research and Learning:

  • Remain up to date about ClinChoice capabilities
  • Maintain a database of client systems, vendors and organizational developments
  • Knowledgeable about the latest market trends in technology, operations and potential partners

 

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s in Commerce or Life Sciences, MBA is desirable
  • 1-3 years of experience in a similar Sales position
  • Experience selling full-service solutions within a CRO is required
  • Proficiency in MS Office, especially Word, PowerPoint and Excel
  • Knowledge of Biostatistics will be an added advantage
