About the platform

Creative Fabrica was launched in the summer of 2016 with the mission to change how digital designs are purchased and used. Since our launch we have been through tremendous growth.

We have scaled to 20 million+ monthly page views, viewing over 1.5 million listed products from 5000+ active designers.

Our focus is to have designers on board that offer exceptional high-quality content and make their products searchable in unique ways. This allows our customers to speed up their workflow, allowing them to focus on what they love most: Creating.

Job description

We have ambitious hiring plans in the coming years, and we are building the foundation for the company that we want to be in the future. Our goal in the People team is to support the business by growing, developing and scaling the team. 

As the People Generalist you are the go to person for all things people. You own and update our tools, data and documentation, you streamline all the people processes and ensure operational efficiency. Your input is a key part of enacting our people strategy on learning and development, compensation and benefits and you are the guardian and own of our employee experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Main HR contact person for the company, you’re proactive in anticipating the needs of the team and are always looking for ways to empower employees to answer their own questions. You are there for employees, and answer their questions in a way that’s accessible and understandable for everyone.
  • Own the process for all administrative touch points throughout the employee journey. You create all employment-related documents, make sure that salary administration is correct and complete every month, and keep all personnel systems up-to-date.
  • Focus on experience as well as efficiency, you improve the employee touch points keeping in mind the best possible employee experience – building processes in a human but scalable way.
  • Run onboarding, looking at our existing process and optimising to ensure new team members get up to speed and feel comfortable in the company as soon as possible.
  • Cooperate with external parties and be their main point of contact (e.g. payroll companies, Arbo services, UWV, tax authorities, etc.).
  • Work closely together with the Head of People and the rest of the people to team on projects to support the people team and wider company strategy.

The kind of person we are looking for

Essential: 

  • 3+ years of experience owning and executing the full employee-cycle from start to finish (ideally in an international and fast-growing company)
  • Bachelor's degree in HRM or related studies
  • Service mindset, you know how to communicate with anyone
  • Experience with payroll and employment administration
  • Stakeholder management skills
  • Accurate and detail-oriented mindset
  • Highly trustworthy and able to handle confidential information with care
  • Working knowledge of Dutch labor/social laws
  • Experience with 30% tax rulings and visa applications
  • Excellent communication skills in English – both written and spoken

Nice to have

  • Experience with BambooHR, Unit4 and or Greenhouse
  • Experience in automation of workflows
