About the platform

We launched in 2016 as a marketplace for fonts with a subscription service. In the last 6 years we have been through tremendous growth, and we're just getting started!

We have scaled to 30 million+ monthly page views, viewing over 4 million listed products from 14000+ active designers.

Our focus is to create a platform for designers that enables them to offer exceptional high-quality content. We make their products searchable in unique ways. This allows our customers to speed up their workflow, allowing them to focus on what they love most: Creating.

In People, we are responsible for Creative Fabrica’s most precious resource, our team. Creative Fabrica is developing the e-commerce platform of the future, and to do that we need the best possible team. We are responsible for hiring, onboarding and growing and looking after our amazing team. Creative Fabrica has ambitious growth plans and the People team is a key part of this, shaping the company culture for the years to come.

Responsibilities:

  • Coach and lead a top people team to support the business as we enter this phase of growth. 
  • End responsible for compliance and operational excellence in all areas of facilities, HR and Recruitment.
  • Execute on a people strategy that aligns with company goals, with a particular focus on recruitment and retention.
  • Be a partner to leadership and other key stakeholders to inform our growth strategy
  • Coach, grow and support our people managers and develop company wide talent management approach
  • Implement best recruitment practices and develop a strong and authentic employer brand to attract and retain top talent
  • Use data to continuously improve our people processes, policies and practices to create and maintain a high performance organization.

Your Profile

Essential:

  • 4+ Years of relevant HR responsibility
  • Relevant academic experience, bachelors and/or masters
  • Track record of running a full recruitment cycle adhering to best practices, and to implement an employer branding strategy with an integrated retention focus.
  • Deep understanding of HR trends and best practices, as well as compliance and employment law
  • Data driven, able to support people data needs

Required soft skills:

  • Grade A communication and stakeholder management, diplomacy and facilitation skills
  • Super organized with an attention to detail, independent, process driven
  • Coaching and leadership skills

Nice to have:

  • Tech scale up experience/international experience as a plus
  • Experience with internal communications
  • Experience with facilities management
