How you are going to impact 🛠
- Design intuitive and engaging user interactions for Fin-tech digital products.
- Structure and organize content to enhance user navigation and experience.
- Create visually appealing and consistent designs, including color schemes, typography, and iconography.
- Understand the principles of developing and maintaining design systems for consistency across products.
- Craft detailed wireframes to outline the layout and structure of digital interfaces.
- Apply UCD principles throughout the design process to prioritize user needs.
- Create high-fidelity prototypes to visualize and test design concepts.
- Ensure designs comply with accessibility standards to make products inclusive.
- Analyze user data and feedback to make data-driven design decisions.

- Excellent command of English and Russian languages
- 3+ years designing world-class complex commercial apps with a high-growth tech company or working in banking/finance-related business areas
- Experience with crypto currency, online trading and investing products
- The ability to think at a high level about product strategy and clearly articulate design decisions
- Ability to analyze and interpret data from UX Research
- Advanced communication skills
