How you are going to impact 🛠

  • Oversee and maintain a well-organized and efficient office for a team of around 40 hybrid-working employees. 
  • Handle day-to-day administrative tasks. 
  • Respond to employee requests and assist with any office-related needs. 
  • Collaborate with the HR team to organize events both in the office and outside. 
  • Manage relationships with various vendors and service providers. 
  • Track and report office expenses, ensuring accurate financial records. 
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

  • At least 2 years in a similar position.
  • A proactive and detail-oriented professional with excellent organizational skills.
  • Strong communication abilities in English and Greek; Russian language is a plus!
  • Experience in event planning and vendor management.
  • A problem-solver who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
