Our Story

Remaking the way we make families.

Gaia is bringing value-based care to fertility. We focus on improving outcomes for our members through better care and end-to-end support, and believe they should only pay us if successful. We take on the risk so that our clinic partners get paid regardless of outcomes.

Our founder, Nader AlSalim, experienced the challenges of IVF firsthand as he and his wife went through 5 rounds of treatment to conceive their son. He created Gaia to give others the experience he wished he’d had. Today, a Gaia baby is born every 2.6 days, and with an NPS above 80, our Members feel taken care of at every step of their journey.

Our Company Values

Because we’re building in an extraordinarily complex space, we need to be unapologetically demanding and single-minded in the pursuit of our goals, while going out of our way to support people. Four values drive everything we do at Gaia:

Them, not you: Do right by our members, be kind, and take one for the team.

Drive or get out of the way: Identify problems, take initiative, and step out of your lane.

When in doubt, be brave: It’s the only way to bring about change.

Be extraordinary at what you do: Pursue your craft with excellence and seriousness.

About the Role

We’re looking for a highly personable, organized, and results-driven Provider Network Manager to build and strengthen relationships with our fertility clinic partners. This role blends relationship management, operational efficiency, and data-driven decision-making. You’ll ensure seamless clinic onboarding, foster long-term engagement, and drive growth by increasing referrals.

Key Responsibilities

Clinic Onboarding & Relationship Management

  • Ensure smooth clinic onboarding, including system setup, access, and training.
  • Organize and lead kickoff meetings, team trainings, and marketing introductions.
  • Provide clinics with marketing resources and coordinate additional requests.
  • Maintain ongoing engagement through monthly performance reviews, feedback sessions, and visibility audits.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clinics, solving issues and addressing questions proactively.
  • Keep clinics engaged with thoughtful initiatives such as seasonal gifts and personalized outreach.

Performance & Growth Strategy

  • Track and analyze clinic performance using key metrics and reporting dashboards.
  • Identify growth opportunities and translate clinic needs into actionable insights for the marketing, operations, and product teams. This includes not only recognizing explicit requests but also uncovering underlying challenges by critically assessing clinic feedback.
  • As the closest point of contact with clinics, you will need to distill high-quality insights, ensuring that priorities align with broader business goals rather than reacting impulsively to every request.
  • Engage in thoughtful investigation, ask the right questions, and separate urgent needs from minor concerns—helping the team focus on impactful improvements rather than isolated issues.
  • Build strong relationships across all levels, from fertility coordinators to C-suite executives.

Travel & In-Person Engagement

  •  Visit every clinic within the first 2 months of onboarding.
  • Conduct in-person visits every 3 months to strengthen partnerships and address challenges.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

  • Clinic Satisfaction (CSAT): Build strong, positive relationships to ensure clinics love working with us.
  •  Referral Activation

You'll be great if you

  • Bring 3+ years of experience in provider network management, ideally in the fertility industry.
  • Are a relationship builder at heart—equally comfortable engaging with frontline staff and C-suite executives.
  • Have a knack for creating and optimizing processes that drive efficiency and results.
  • Love using data and insights to guide strategy and improve performance.
  • Are a creative problem-solver who digs deep to uncover real needs and craft meaningful solutions.
  • Are open to regular travel to maintain and strengthen clinic relationships.
