About your key responsibilities and impact:

Managing and controlling matches of various sports (Football, Basketball, Tennis, Cricket and other sports);
Monitoring bets and controlling financial risk;
Monitoring and analyzing customer activity, finding negative patterns and to react on them;
Comparing line of matches with line of companies-competitor;
Reporting about issues, suspicious matches, or customers;
Working with 3rd-party providers (Betgenius, LSporsts, Decimal etc): monitoring matches available for trading, ordering matches, communicating with providers;
Regular communication with internal departments regarding different incidents with matches;
Taking part in the testing and development of internal products.

Essential professional experience:

Experience in the gambling industry will be a minimum of 2+ years;
Knowledge of basic betting terminology, math, and statistics;
Knowledge and passion of required sports;
Ability to work with a large amount of information, under pressure, and make well-informed decisions;
Attention to detail, analytical skills;
Self-organized, target driven and a team-player;
Communication and writing skills in English (Intermediate and higher);
Ability to work on weekends and national holidays.
