Our Finance team continually strives to provide insights to improve decision making whilst optimising efficiency through technology and automation and providing team members with a proactive, collaborative working environment with a focus on personal development. The FP&A Analyst will have a central and vital role in a fast moving company. This role provides a real opportunity to help shape decision making.
Previous experience in health-care, private equity, hospital trust or manufacturing is ideal
Key responsibilities will include:
- Work with sales and operational teams to provide information that helps managers make decisions
- Model, forecast and present monthly financial board packs
- Conduct clinical workforce productivity measurement and reporting
- Translate operational data and metrics including productivity into financial data
- Work with data analyst team to build and maintain models using Tableau to support management information
- Support in preparation of forecasts and annual budget
What you need to have:

- Practical approach to problem solving
- Strong understanding of labour productivity measures in a service or manufacturing environment
- Ideal - healthcare experience conducting financial analysis
- Ideal - prior experience in a consulting role
- CIMA or ACCA part qualified / qualified
- Prior use of Tableau (or other data reporting tool) useful
- Clear reporting, analysis and communication skills
