We have an opportunity for a Business Support Administrator Apprentice to join our Operations Management team. Your primary focus will be to provide assistance to the business and project support teams with administrative support to our group managers, the technical teams and the wider company as required. You will do this by supporting our office admin processes and procedures in a flexible and efficient manner. The role will also include providing support to our reception when required and other aspects of business administration as required. Whilst undertaking this role you will complete a Business and Administration Apprenticeship.
Key qualifications and skills
Essential
- Educated to GCSE (or equivalent) level
- Experience of working as part of a team
- Willingness to work towards a Business & Administration qualification
- Ability to build collaborative relationships with a diverse range of people at all levels of an organisation
- Resilient, highly motivated, with the ability to stay calm under pressure
- High levels of professional pride and attention to detail
- Excellent IT skills
- Enjoys the routine of a process driven environment; willingness to make a contribution in a small team
Desirable
- Experience of using MS Office packages & IT systems
- Strong organisational skills with ability to prioritise tasks

- Salary: £13,000 - £20,000 per annum (dependant on age/experience)
