The Role

Key Responsibilities:

Perform a range of administrative tasks, including data entry, document management, and coordination of team activities.
Ensure accuracy and efficiency in managing data through Excel and Google Sheets.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, providing support on reporting, data analysis, and process improvement initiatives.
Provide clear and concise communication in both German and English.
Monitor project progress and assist in problem-solving when necessary.
Analyze data to identify trends and areas of improvement, ensuring quality and efficiency in operations.

Requirements:

Fluent in both German and English (written and spoken).
Experience working in administrative roles (e.g., Administrative Assistant, Office Manager).
Proficient in using Excel and Google Sheets, with strong data entry and organizational skills.
Strong attention to detail and an analytical, data-driven mindset.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

Nice to Have:

Previous experience in the food and hospitality industry.

Compensation

Type: Hourly

Remuneration: $10 Hourly.

Working hours: 9 AM - 6 PM CET
