Your Mission
A significant part of your role will involve conducting thorough research to gather and analyze the necessary information needed to respond to requests. Your research will ensure we are always on the cutting edge of industry trends and developments, allowing us to create proposals that are not only compelling and competitive but also deeply informed and tailored to the needs and expectations of our clients.
More specifically, you will:
- Lead the proposal development process from start to finish, ensuring adherence to timelines and quality standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather technical and commercial information necessary for proposal creation
- Develop clear and persuasive proposal content that effectively communicates our solutions and value proposition
- Manage the proposal review process, incorporating feedback from stakeholders to refine and improve proposals
- Ensure compliance with proposal requirements and formatting guidelines
- Handle various stakeholders including internal teams, clients, and partners throughout the proposal development process
- Leverage your experience in writing highly technical proposals to articulate complex concepts effectively
Who you are and what you have
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field such as Aerospace Engineering, Business Administration, or Communications
- At least 3 years of experience in proposal management, preferably within the aerospace or automotive industry
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple deadlines simultaneously
- Experience in writing technical proposals, with the ability to translate technical concepts into compelling narratives
- Strong research and analytical skills
- Understanding of complex technical concepts.
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment and in tight deadlines
- Attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work
- Fluent in English
