We’re looking for an exceptional and driven Lead Product Manager to join our growing Product team and help Pactum scale. In this role, you will define the future of automated negotiations and solve problems for global Fortune 500 brands. We are on an exciting journey and would love for you to join us!

We are looking for someone who will:

  • Lead the development of our procurement industry product line: Drive the growth of the product, establishing autonomous negotiations as a standard practice in business operations.
  • Develop a comprehensive product strategy and drive its successful execution : Create a clear and compelling vision and strategy for the product, detailed roadmaps, and ensure they are understood and embraced across the organization.
  • Execute with excellence: Show leadership in day-to-day execution, demonstrating a high level of proficiency and commitment to achieving outstanding results.

You are likely to succeed if...

  • You are a world class product manager with demonstrated ability to build technically complex products that delight customers and achieve market success.
  • You are genuinely motivated to work on a product that helps solve the world of negotiations.
  • You have previous experience in the world of procurement - either by having worked in the industry or having previously built products for the industry.
  • You have experience building products for enterprise markets.
  • You understand what it means to work as a product manager in a startup:
    • You take initiative and make things happen
    • You thrive in an environment where you are encouraged to take ownership and make your own decisions, backed by data and evidence
    • You are comfortable with constant change and can execute at speed
    • You know how to work with constrained resources and how to make the most of it
  • You are a clear communicator and can easily work with people from diverse backgrounds. You can work effectively across time zones and functions, in a remote or semi-remote workplace.
  • You are available for regular travel to Tallinn, Estonia to physically work with the engineering teams.
