We are looking for a Data Engineer to join our growing team. We are a growing startup, so we are looking for independent problem solvers who enjoy a fast pace and making an impact. At Pactum, you can take ownership of problems, provide solutions and guide your own work from start to finish. Your contributions at this early stage will hugely help us to understand the emerging field of autonomous negotiations that we are bringing to life. We are still figuring out a lot of things and hope this will attract you.

 Your core responsibilities will include a mix of the following:

  • Set up and maintain automated data processes including data cleaning, transforming the data to an easily usable format, combining different production data, etc
  • Identify, evaluate and implement external services and tools to support data validation and cleansing
  • Monitor and audit data quality
  • Set up and maintain data visualization tools
  • Create data dashboards, graphs, and visualizations
  • Keep an eye on data security and privacy
  • Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Project Managers and other stakeholders to enable reaching to insights that improve Pactum’s products

What you bring to the table:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of data work using Python
  • 1+ year of experience using TypeScript
  • Excellent data cleansing skills
  • Advanced SQL skills
  • Solid grasp of Microsoft Excel/Google Spreadsheets
  • Visualization and presentation for internal and external business stakeholders
