Purpose of the role
As a member of Proton's IT Support team, you’ll be in charge of our corporate services. You’ll support Proton’s growth and provide a good working environment for all Proton employees by designing, implementing, and maintaining corporate tools.
You should have experience managing internal tools (collaboration tools, ERP, CRM, financial services, authentication tools, incident management tools, etc.). You will also be responsible for selecting new tools and services that best meet our needs and for implementing them at scale.
What you will do:
- Contribute to Linux systems administration and manage their lifecycle
- Maintain, scale, and optimize Atlassian self-hosted solutions (Jira, Confluence)
- Support internal users in troubleshooting and configuring business applications and common end-user devices and also with production and collaboration tools
- Support corporate services and company projects
- Keep our infrastructure aligned with the highest security standards
- Contribute to the on-call rotation
Job requirements:
- 2+ years of Linux systems and internet technologies administration (DNS, TLS, SMTP, HTTP)
- Knowledge of managing systems and applications of Atlassian (Jira/Confluence) self-hosted solutions
- Experience with at least one configuration management and automation tool (such as Puppet, Ansible, or Terraform)
- Scripting experience in Python and/or Bash and with version control systems (Git)
- Experience managing and scaling data storage (MySQL, Ceph)
- Ability to keep up in an extremely fast-paced environment
- Good communication skills and ability to work in a multicultural environment
