Who we're looking for
We are seeking an adaptable HR Business Partner for our dynamic environment, where success often requires creative solutions beyond traditional HR practices.
As a part of our team you will
- Oversee and manage day-to-day regular & ad-hoc HR operations in compliance with internal policies.
- Act as an HR Business Partner (HRBP) to provide strategic support to leadership in talent management and organizational development.
- Support performance management process, from setting goals to executing performance reviews to drive employee motivation and strategic development.
- Manage employee cycle through effective execution of onboarding, salary review and offboarding.
- Drive positive workplace culture by implementing and analyzing employee engagement initiatives (eNPS surveys, etc.)
- Collaborate with teams across the company to ensure HR strategies align with business needs.
- Stay on the top of industry trends and best practices to ensure competitive HR offering to enhance employee experience.
What we expect
- 4+ years of experience in HR operations and as an HRBP within the IT and/or iGaming sector.
- Expertise in performance management, employee cycle, engagement, and data-driven HR decision-making.
- Experience in applying project management practices.
- Proficient in HR tools and software (experience with HiBob and Greenhouse is a plus).
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, critical and communication skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-moving, constantly evolving environment.
- Fluent in Russian and English, both written and verbal.
