Who we're looking for

As a Product Abuse Specialist, you will be responsible for identifying and mitigating risks related to product abuse within Aviatrix. This role involves operational monitoring, collaborating with various teams, and implementing strategies to enhance the integrity of our gaming products. You will work closely with our Support & Product teams to identify and prevent associated risks.

As a part of our team you will

  • Manage day-to-day operations, analyzing and resolving potential abuse cases.
  • Review reports from clients (operators) and manage regular reporting to clients regarding potentially fraudulent gameplay by customers, conducting thorough investigations and providing actionable insights.
  • Identify and assess risks associated with existing and new gaming products, focusing on fraud patterns and user activity.
  • Work closely with Product and development teams to align on functionality requirements, preventative tools creation and implementation of effective solutions.
  • Analyze, refine, and simplify processes used to optimize workflows, reduce manual tasks, and automate systems.
  • Implement tools for real-time monitoring and analysis of gaming activity to detect and mitigate fraudulent behavior.
  • Produce technical reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and trends related to product abuse and game integrity.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulatory bodies, providing support for audits and maintaining up-to-date knowledge of gaming regulations.
  • Develop and implement proactive measures to prevent product abuse, including user behavior analysis and risk mitigation strategies.

What we expect

  • Previous experience in a role focused on fraud prevention or game integrity within the online gaming industry.
  • Familiarity with RTP monitoring and knowledge of gambling products.
  • Strong background in mathematics, statistics, and data analysis, with experience applying statistical techniques to interpret data to be considered a plus.
  • Experience using monitoring and analysis tools such as Datadog (for example).
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively at all levels of the organization.
  • A creative mindset with a passion for finding innovative solutions to complex problems.
  • Both fluent English & Russian languages
