Who we're looking for

We’re looking for a driven Account Manager based in Malta to join Aviatrix — someone who’s ready to work with a top-notch product in the iGaming space and grow with us as we expand into new markets. Aviatrix is a leader in iGaming, and we’re pushing into Europe with big goals. This role is perfect if you’ve got experience managing key accounts and are excited about stepping into a leadership role as we build out our team for the European market. As a part of our team you will

  • Act as the primary point of contact for partners, providing ongoing support, answering their questions, and resolving any account-related issues in a timely manner. Assist customers with technical inquiries, and provide updates on new features, products, or promotions, ensuring any arising challenges are efficiently handled.
  • Monitor key metrics like DAU, MAU, player activity, betting volumes, and winnings/losses, to identify opportunities and recommend strategies for partners’ growth.
  • Formulate and execute strategies aimed at client acquisition and retention. Develop personalized offers and promotions to retain clients and drive long-term loyalty.
  • Represent Aviatrix at industry events and conferences, promoting our products, establishing new partnerships, and building on existing relationships in order to drive business growth.
  • Seek opportunities to upsell and cross-sell, boosting both partner success and company revenue.
  • Gather client feedback, collaborate with internal teams to improve our products, and ensure a seamless client experience.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends, adjusting strategies, providing actionable insights for partners and maintaining a competitive edge.

What we expect

  • 3+ years of experience as an Account Manager in iGaming or gambling; experience with casino games providers is a plus.
  • At least 1 year of team leadership experience, with a proven ability to inspire, coach, and develop others.
  • Excellent communication skills to build strong client relationships and deliver clear, effective support.
  • Client-centric focus with the ability to gather feedback and align client needs with business goals to drive success.
  • Problem-solving mindset and adaptability, tackling challenges and adjusting strategies as needed.
  • Proficiency in data analysis with ability to translate insights into actionable recommendations for partners’ growth and retention.
  • Strong negotiation skills to convince partners that promos and activities align with both client and company interests.
  • Strong understanding of financial metrics and targets, including identifying opportunities for increased profitability within existing accounts to meet revenue goals.
  • Effective collaboration across marketing, finance, design, and tech teams to drive coordinated efforts and ensure consistent service delivery to clients.
  • Proficiency in platforms like Hubspot, Jira, and Confluence.
  • Availability and enthusiasm for business travel to events and conferences.
