Who we're looking for
We are seeking a committed Architect to lead the development and expansion of our Aviatrix product architecture. With our current Architect balancing multiple projects, we require someone who can dedicate their expertise to driving innovation, scalability, and efficiency across our technical solutions.
In your first three months, you will gain a deep understanding of our existing architecture and roadmap, gradually assuming full responsibility from our current Architect, who will remain available for guidance and support. You will also integrate into our development process to ensure seamless transitions and foster effective collaboration.

As a part of our team you will
- Lead direct communication with business stakeholders to deliver functional solutions.
- Elaborate on all technical aspects for the development team, ensuring architectural decisions are well-justified.
- Oversee the implementation of backlog features from requirement gathering to deployment.
- Manage and maintain non-functional requirements (NFRs) including scalability, maintainability, security, and performance.
- Create and maintain comprehensive architecture documentation.
- Participate in knowledge-sharing initiatives across different teams.
- Ensure successful third-party audits of the solution.
What we expect
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science with 7+ years of experience (including 2+ years in an architecture role).
- Proven experience in requirements collection, solution architecture, system development, deployment, and maintenance.
- Strong ability to coordinate and manage multiple engineering teams (20+ people).
- Expertise in microservices architecture and design patterns.
- Proficiency in building APIs using technologies such as Golang, Postgres, Redis, Kafka/AWS SQS/RabbitMQ, AWS, or similar.
- Experience in building cloud-native solutions using Kubernetes.
- Hands-on knowledge of observability tools like ELK, Grafana, Prometheus, and Sentry.
- In-depth understanding of the architectural design process, including requirements gathering, quality attributes, technology selection, estimation, and documentation.
- Familiarity with all phases of the software development lifecycle and industry best practices.
- Knowledge of OLAP solutions is a plus.
- Familiarity with blockchain technology is an advantage.
- Fluent in Russian and English, both written and verbal.
