At Aviatrix, we’re looking for a Technical Compliance Specialist to help navigate the evolving iGaming landscape, ensuring our crash game aligns with industry regulations.

If you have a sharp legal mind, a technical edge, and a knack for clear communication, you’ll play a key role in keeping our product compliant, secure, and ready to scale 🚀

As a part of our team you will

  • Monitor and evaluate technical requirements and compliance standards for relevant jurisdictions.
  • Make sure that the product of the company meets required standards.
  • Be able to manage and overseer certification project, including but not only RNG and game software certification.
  • Be primary contact point in-between testing labs and the company development teams.
  • Be able to maintain technical documentation and follow up with recertification when needed.
  • Communicate with development teams to make sure that new planned features align with compliance requirements.
  • Analytical mindset to identify and prevent compliance risks related to the product.
  • Create and enforce compliance manual and procedures.

What we expect

  • At least 1 year of work experience within gambling environment in technical compliance.
  • Experience with certification processes involving testing labs as sample BMM, Asensi, GLI, e-Cogra, Trisigma and similar.
  • Understanding of gaming systems, RNG’s and game mechanics (crash games experience considers as bonus).
  • Detail-oriented with proactive approach to identify and solve compliance challenges.
  • Communication skills to ensure to effectively communicate with test labs, regulators and internal teams.
  • Knowledge and experience with ISO27001, MGA, ADM, DGOJ, NJDGE considered as great bonus.

The last stage discussion centers around your fit with the company culture, your career ambitions and alignment with our team’s goals
Step 6
Offer Presentation 30-45 minutes
Once we've confirmed you're the right fit for the role, we'll prepare a job offer and present it to you. This includes all the details about your role, compensation, and the next steps to join our team
