The role of HR Administrator is to manage and govern all the HR operations & consulting support connected with employment. You will be tasked with building structure and collaborating with our legal, finance and other teams to ensure compliance and success for our employees. You will drive the employee journey from their first day of employment to their off-boarding and everything in-between.

You will be joining HR team that currently consists of the Recruitment team, HR BP and Happiness manager. Our team values are empathy, honesty, independence, and creativity.

What You'll be doing:

  • Remain up to date on Polish HR regulations and requirements.
  • Identify and contact local providers around the globe for consulting services on global employment issues.
  • Manage newcomers' employment, including those who relocated from other countries.
  • Request and update information and other onboarding documents, as well as administrate the off-boarding process. 
  • Ensure completion of essential signed documents (contracts, NDA, bank documents, tax documents, etc) and explain them to employees.
  • Develop and strengthen the compliance aspects of the business such as knowledge base development, drafting policies and procedures.
  • Ensuring employees' data are properly recorded into the HR system (HiBob) as well as updating it as and when necessary i.e promotions, lateral movement, resignation or rehiring and others.

It’s a match if you

  • Have a strong HR background, with a passion for consulting and operations (processes, policies, handbooks, ways of operating, etc.)
  • Have solid employment law knowledge and proven experience in applying updated legislation to a number of countries and HR situations.
  • Have extensive knowledge of HR and employment legislation in Poland.
  • Have excellent written and oral communications skills - ability to work with a global team in multiple time zones.
  • Can build strong relationships with new joiners and internal stakeholders.
  • Have a good understanding of the issues surrounding employment status and the relevant legal and tax implications which arise as a consequence.
  • Speak Polish and English (at least B2 level). Russian/Ukrainian is a plus.
  • Worked with technology and product teams (beneficial, but not essential).
