As we continue to expand our business, we are seeking a curious and passionate individual to join our team as the Tech Talent Acquisition Manager (f/m/x) and drive our business forward. This role is full-time and offers the flexibility to work on-site (hybrid) at our Leipzig headquarters or in Berlin.

What Will Your Role Be

As the Tech Talent Acquisition Manager (f/m/x) you will take ownership of scaling our Tech Org and play a part in shaping our Talent Acquisition best practices. You’ll have the opportunity to be involved in TA-related projects to improve our internal processes and bring the team to the next level – you’ll see the impact of your work from day one. In this role you will report to our Head of Talent Acquisition and work closely with the People Operations, People Development and Employer Branding teams.

What You´ll Do

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment activities for Tech positions (and some non-Tech roles)
  • Develop and implement best practice Tech talent acquisition strategies which meet our business needs
  • Ensure excellent candidate experience reflecting the image of our Employer Brand
  • Partner and maintain strong relationships with Tech leadership
  • Take part in cross-functional projects (e.g. data and reporting, implementation of ATS, candidate experience, Employer Branding, etc.)
  • Support in guiding and coaching other TA team members
  • Have fun along the way! 😊

What You´ll Bring

  • Ideally a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources or a related discipline
  • Hands-on experience in full-cycle Tech recruitment  
  • Ability to identify and attract top talent via different channels
  • Experience working in a fast-paced data-driven environment
  • Proactive positive attitude and a problem-solving mindset
  • Excellent communication skills and experience managing senior stakeholders
  • Fluency in English (German is a plus)
