As we continue to expand our horizons, we are seeking a talented and driven individual to join our dynamic team as HR Controller (f/m/d) and drive innovation forward. The role is full-time and on-site at our Leipzig headquarters with the flexibility to work hybrid from time to time within Germany.

What Will Your Role Be

In the role of HR Controller (f/m/d), you will have the opportunity to take ownership of all HR data and key figures in order to help us drive the business forward.

What You’ll Do

  • You are responsible for determining and reporting HR key figures and for FTE and personnel cost planning at divisional and Group level
  • You take care of forecasting and contribute to the annual financial statements
  • In this area, you are the central point of contact for the management and other stakeholders
  • You keep our HR key figures up to date on a daily basis and interpret and analyse them
  • You ensure the correct mapping of actual and planned figures and thus carry out the necessary preparatory work for personnel planning
  • You will be responsible for reporting and preparing presentations, recommendations for action and decision papers for stakeholders
  • You optimise the processes for collecting key figures with a particular focus on data provision and automation

What You’ll Bring

  • You have a degree in economics (e.g. business administration, business informatics, economics or similar), ideally with a focus on controlling or a comparable qualification as part of a commercial apprenticeship
  • You have strong analytical and conceptual thinking skills and a high affinity for working with data and figures
  • You are proficient in using the MS Office package, especially Excel and PowerPoint
  • You have initial and in-depth professional experience in controlling, ideally in HR-Controlling
  • Structuring and preparing complex issues in a way that is appropriate for the target audience is child's play for you
  • You are characterised by a reliable, independent and structured way of working, a strong team spirit and entrepreneurial thinking
  • You are able to communicate fluently in English and well in German
    Advantageous: You have initial knowledge of Personio, LucaNet, BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Microstrategy etc.) and knowledge of personnel cost accounting
