As we continue to expand our business, we are seeking a curious and passionate individual to join our team as the Internal Communication Specialist (f/m/d) and drive our business forward. This role is full-time and requires to be on-site on a regular base at our Leipzig headquarters and of course, hybrid working is possible.

What Will Your Role Be

As an Internal Communication Specialist (f/m/d) you will take ownership of the strategy and further development of our internal communication. You are the driver of the overall internal image of the company and make a significant contribution to good cooperation and corporate culture. The mission of your work is to inform and engage employees through various communication channels and enable them to communicate with each other in an easy, comfortable, independent, and authentic way.   

In this role, you will report to our VP People & Culture.

What You´ll Do

  • You are responsible for the further development and management of our internal communication strategy 
  • You will own and manage all internal communication channels and formats, including digital signage, internal blog, mailings, internal campaigns and volunteering initiatives
  • You work closely with a variety of stakeholders across all levels to be "the face" of internal communications
  • You will measure the efficiency and outcomes of comms and on that base constantly improve our channelplay
  • You will organize, plan and support internal company-wide meetings and events, both digital and in-person
  • You research and collect exciting topics with the help of our network of internal stakeholders 
  • You are also responsible for managing campaigns and creating engaging posts on social media (e.g. on LinkedIn)
  • You facilitate regular communication between our German, Czech, Polish and US-American locations and thus support intercultural exchange

What You´ll Bring

  • Ideally you have an academic degree in communications or a related discipline
  • You have extensive experience in the fields of internal/external communication, corporate culture, employer branding
  • You can manage a variety of communication channels (on- and offline) and stakeholders
  • You think conceptually and strategically and love to work independently
  • You bring a proactive positive attitude and a creative mindset
  • You are characterized by excellent communication skills and enjoy working with different departments or people.
  • You speak English fluently (German is a plus)
