As we continue to expand our horizons, we are seeking a talented and driven individual to join our dynamic team as Application Manager ERP - Supply Chain Management (f/m/d). The role is full-time and offers the flexibility to work on-site at our Leipzig headquarters or remotely within Germany.

What You´ll Do

You will oversee and manage the implementation, maintenance, and optimization of Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations to ensure they align with organizational goals and facilitate efficient business processes.

  • Lead the implementation of supply chain modules within the Dynamics 365 system, ensuring seamless integration with organizational supply chain processes.
  • Configure and customize supply chain modules to align with specific business needs and optimize supply chain operations.
  • Oversee the integration of supply chain modules with other business applications, collaborating with cross-functional teams for efficient data exchange.
  • Manage and optimize inventory and logistics processes within Dynamics 365, ensuring accurate tracking and timely deliveries.
  • Facilitate collaboration with suppliers and vendors through Dynamics 365, fostering efficient communication and streamlined procurement processes.
  • Develop and deliver training programs for end-users in supply chain functions, providing ongoing support to enhance user proficiency.
  • Monitor the performance of supply chain modules, identifying and addressing any bottlenecks or inefficiencies.
  • Identify and implement process improvements within supply chain modules, enhancing overall supply chain efficiency.

What You´ll Bring

  • Proven experience as a Dynamics 365 (formerly Dynamics AX 2012) Application Manager with a focus on supply chain modules.
  • In-depth knowledge of supply chain processes, logistics, and inventory management.
  • Strong understanding of ERP system architecture, configuration, and customization.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Experience in leading ERP implementations and managing system integrations in the supply chain domain.
  • Analytical mindset with proficiency in data analysis and reporting for supply chain optimization.
  • Ability to adapt to evolving supply chain trends and technologies.
