As we continue to expand our business, we are seeking a curious and passionate individual to join our team as the Talent Acquisition Intern (f/m/d) and drive our business forward. This role is full-time and offers the flexibility to work on-site (hybrid) at our Leipzig headquarters or in Berlin.

What Will Your Role Be

In our People and Culture team we work together towards building a great workplace where each team member feels valued, supported and fulfilled in their roles. As the Talent Acquisition Intern (f/m/d) you will learn best Talent Acquisition practices, eventually take over full-cycle recruitment for your roles and play a part in shaping our business. You’ll also have the opportunity to be involved in TA-related projects to improve our internal processes – you’ll see the impact of your work from day one!

What You´ll Do

  • Identify relevant profiles and build candidate pipelines through active search
  • Support with interview scheduling and calendar administration
  • After receiving a training - review and evaluate candidate profiles, conduct interviews and guide the candidates through the hiring process
  • Ensure excellent candidate experience reflecting the image of our Employer Brand
  • Partner and maintain relationships with the Hiring Managers
  • Take part in recruitment-related projects
  • Have fun along the way! 😊

What You´ll Bring

  • Ideally a degree in a Business, Human Resources or similar field/ currently enrolled in a related degree programme
  • Ability to work in an organized and detail-oriented manner 
  • Proactive positive attitude and a problem-solving mindset
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Enthusiasm about working in a fast-paced environment
  • Fluency in English and German
