In order to reshape the fashion industry in a resource-saving way, we are looking for committed talents like you: Enrich our dynamic team as Customer Success Manager (f/m/d) and let's develop innovative solutions for our customers and us, together. It is a full-time position and offers the flexibility to work remotely at our Leipzig headquarters and occasionally remotely within Germany.

What You'll Do

  • Supporting existing customers: You are the main point of contact for our B2B customers and ensure that their concerns are handled professionally and in a timely manner. Through regular communication and personal appointments via teams but also on site, you build long-term, trusting relationships.
  • Selling platform solutions: You will identify potential needs for our platform solutions among existing customers and present them convincingly. Through needs-oriented advice and tailor-made offers, you can convince customers of the advantages of our solutions.
  • Customer growth: In addition to selling platform solutions, you will also identify other upselling and cross-selling opportunities and support the customer holistically.
  • Customer reactivation: You will analyze previous customer contacts and develop strategies for reactivating inactive customers. Through targeted approach and tailor-made offers, you bring customers back into our pipeline.
  • Salesforce usage: You will effectively use our Salesforce system to manage customer information, track activity, and generate reports. Previous experience with Salesforce is an advantage and is appreciated.

What You'll Bring

  • Experience in customer relationship management or sales, ideally in the B2B sector
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in German and English
  • Analytical thinking skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions
  • Experience in using CRM systems, preferably Salesforce
  • Ability to work in a team and the ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment
  • Industry knowledge in the field of textile printing is an advantage
